6. Cookies and website data

Our website may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for security and basic operation. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs for reliability, security and diagnostics.

We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including the management of enquiries and bookings and compliance with legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.

Unsuccessful enquiry information will generally be removed when it is no longer useful, while confirmed booking and transaction records may need to be retained for a longer statutory period.

9. International transfers

Some technology or communications providers may process information outside Portugal or the European Economic Area. Where data-protection law requires it, we will rely on an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful safeguard designed to protect the information.
